In each case, providing us with your name, address, email address, telephone number, and Order Number. 

See our Terms of Trading for the detail, but we offer a goodwill extension of the consumer rights time limits. If you wish to cancel either before we ship, or by  returning the products once shipped we will refund the full order and original shipment cost, plus we we will offer a simple method of return shipping at our expense.
